SLE Rodeo Vendor Registration

IMPORTANT NOTE FROM SLE RODEO MANAGEMENT:
SLE Rodeo & Livestock Week vendor registration must be completed through this online form and payment must be submitted at the time of registration to secure your space at the event. Availability for each type of vendor location will be outlined under each heading. Availability of vendor locations will automatically diminish as purchases are made. Payments are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled. SLE is not liable for any loss or damages to the property of the exhibitor or its employees that may arise during your time at the SLE Rodeo & Livestock Week events.

Please note that there are vendor options for our first weekend (March 7-9, 2025) and vendor options for our second weekend (March 14-16, 2025). Be sure to choose the QTY (the number of booth spaces you want to purchase) for the appropriate vendor location and weekend when making your selections.

Please also note that if you purchase a booth inside the Garrett Coliseum for both weekends, it is likely you will need to plan to move your booth to a new location for the second weekend. We do this to give the first weekend vendors more visibility/traffic during the SLE Youth Rodeo Showdown. If this applies to you, SLE Rodeo staff will provide you with specific information closer to March.

Located inside the North Entrance (main gate) of Garrett Coliseum. 3-day Youth Rodeo vendor spots are 8'x12'. More than one spot can be purchased to double the footprint (total of 8'x24'). Use the QTY box to select the # of vendor spots you want to buy.

Park your trailer and set up your vendor spot near the Crawford Arena during the 1-day Ranch Horse Show (held the weekend prior to the SLE PRCA Rodeo).

VENDOR - PRCA Rodeo Outdoor
Located next to the North Entrance of the Garrett Coliseum. Rodeo fans will scan their rodeo ticket to enter the Coliseum, then can exit the building from an approved doorway to visit the fenced vendor area. Outdoor vendor spots are 15'x20' (flexible).

Team Roping Outdoor Vendor
3-day Open Team Roping 3/14-16/25
VENDOR - Team Roping Outdoor
Park your trailer and set up your vendor booth near the Crawford Arena during the 3-day Allen's Roping Productions Open Team Roping (held the same weekend as SLE PRCA Rodeo).

Please note that power is not available for these vendor spots.
